Inspired by our humble beginnings, BHMG acquired its first Dunkin Donuts franchise in the Govans area of Baltimore in the early 1990’s. Since then, we have expanded to develop a network of key commercial real estate assets throughout the mid-Atlantic spanning a Dunkin Donuts network and a diverse portfolio of hotel brands including, Marriott, Hilton, and Choice Hotels.
