Our Beginnings

Inspired by our humble beginnings, BHMG acquired its first Dunkin Donuts franchise in the Govans area of Baltimore in the early 1990’s. Since then, we have expanded to develop a network of key commercial real estate assets throughout the mid-Atlantic spanning a Dunkin Donuts network and a diverse portfolio of hotel brands including, Marriott, Hilton, and Choice Hotels.

  • With a rich history of having growing from a single-store operation into the multifaceted company today, we have grown to value core principles of hard work and mutual relationships. The results of which are evident in the assets and team we have developed.
